I lose control of my neck on roller coasters?

Everytime I ride a roller coaster that doesn't have a head rest I have to strain to keep my neck up. On one roller coaster, my neck flew back and I couldn't get it back up until that section was over. Yesterday on a roller coaster my neck flew back for a second and now I can barely move it. I feel like this isn't a problem for anyone else though. Does anyone else have this problem or know why it's a problem?

Everyone has this problem. The reason that your neck whips around is because of momentum. For example, when you are a loop-the-loop, your neck whips back and there's nothing you can do about it unti you're through it. But your necks going to sore for a while depending on how many roller coasters you went on. Hope thhs helped. :)

Others have issues with this, too. You should go see a chiropractor, who can help you strengthen your neck muscles.
