noahs ark is way better, and there is not nearly as many people. i remember when we went to six flags we had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to get into the wave pool.

Well I have never been to Six Flags Chicago so I can't be for sure but I have been to Wisconsin Dells. I'd stick with "The Dells." If you have the time (& money!) a great place to stay is Chula Vista Resort. It has an indoor AND outdoor water park and both are AWESOME! The indoor offeres one of the 1st ever Zip-Coasters - a roller coaster that goes through water. The thing about the Dells is that you could completely plan a vacation around it. There's museums and other water-parks to visit. (HINT: Across the street from Noah's Ark is a great pizza place that has a great view of people going down the big log-ride) Also Noah's Ark is a great waterpark that has been featured on Extreme Waterparks on Travel Channel. I think you'd like it.

Most definately Wisconsin Dells. I have been going there for 15 years now im 19 now and i would definately reconmend it. There are wayy more waterparks to choose from. Its not a rip off if you find the attractions you like and for most attractions you can get cupons for them. And if you stay at most hotels down in the dells the parks come free with the stay. I LOVE it there!!! Six flag is wayyy overrated, and dont have many waterparks down there. Hope I could help!

This is what I did, I live in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, so familuar with the area, the cook county has forest perserves rhat you can rent out, and will be reserved for you. Most have pavillions, picnic tables, check on the internet for information- Cook or Lake County Forest Perserve Districts- I was in the Palos area, cook county, set up volleyball, there were small lakes for fishing, hiking trails, outsdie fresh air, plenty of room, Or pending on age groups could try one of a few idea's, A " PGA " place, has arcade games, etc, where you play, and get coupons, at the end, turn them in for prizes. Most have a seating area, and have food & soda, Also, In Milwaukee, they have great festivals all summer right on the lake They have german fest, irish, polish, american-indain, french fests, each has it's own ethic food, entertainment stages, drinks, it's on a huge ground,so staying together could be a problem. Also, maybe a VFW hall, some have large halls, with grounds on them for outside activities, have fun

I would say six flags, everything in the Wisconsin Dells is a tourist trap and/or rip-off.

The waterparks at the Dells are Much Better!!! There really is No Comparison...

look at websites for Noah's Ark, Mt. Olympus, Kalahari, just to name a few - you will soon understand why - they have much more exciting rides and slides, are much bigger, and the main focus is on the waterpark instead of the amusement park!

Been to both and it depends. Some places in Wisc Dells have better slides. Huge drops and such, but the parks tend to be quite crowded and long lines. The six flags one is good and if you go on the right day it isnt that crowded (in my experience)
