How do I keep my cell phone from falling out of my pocket on roller coasters?

Im going to cedar point tomorrow and I am going to wear shorts. And im super paranoid about loosing my phone! Anybody has any ideas how to keep it safe? Or any methods?

Get some shorts with buttons on the front pockets. They're normal pockets but they have a button closing them. It looks cute too (i'm a teenage girl too) I know you can get them at jc penny's in the juniors section

I don't know if women even wear cargo shorts, but they work great for me (I'm male). That's what I always wear to amusement parks. If you feel comfortably doing so, wear cargo shorts that have large pockets with zippers. They prevent the contents from falling out. I'm not sure what to suggest for you. Possibly, you can put the phone into your back pocket, so you're keeping it safe by sitting on it. Or you can tuck it into the waistband of your pants or shorts, and the restraints on roller coasters will help keep it secure. Finally, you can get over your discomfort with fanny packs and put your phone in there. Fashion shouldn't be a priority in an amusement park, anyway.

Considering your 16 years old the safest place to keep your cell phone would be at home. YOU'RE 16 YOU DON'T NEED A CELL PHONE! Are you expecting a call from the office, do you have important business maters to attend to? Of course not your 16? I know all your friends will be dissapointed if they dont recieve a text message every half hour explaining exactly what it is your doing, but I think they will forgive you. But if you really HAVE to bring it, you could try a fanny pack.

Well, if u feel like it, you can get a phone case for around 5 or 10 bucks. The magnet or velcro both work well. They have a strong clip for your belt or u can put it on the border of your shorts or pocket. Good luck.
