I'm planning on going to Kings Island with my boyfriend for our one year anniversary, but the problem is, I'm scared to death of roller coasters, I rode the iron dragon at cedar point and I haven't ridden a roller coaster since. I'm completely terrified. I shake violently when I get scared I can't help it, even if I scream it doesn't help, I hate the feeling that I might fly out of the seat, I'm 4'11 and 95 lbs at 17 years old. Does anyone have any tips or advice? or maybe a suggestion for a roller coaster to start off with?

Thank-You

Well your in luck I love kings island I live in west carrolton I would ride racer a small wooden ride or the flight deck maybe flying ace which is in kiddie land but is a smaller but still fun ride, mini version of flight deck. When your more cofterble(I'm a bad speller)Ride vortex looks bad but its bark is worse than its bite.If you are awesome after that ride the beast or diamondback. And before the racers you could ride the woodstock express mini version of racers which is in kiddie land to but is still fun.I was terrified of roller coasters but I rode vortex and now ive rode almost every ride(Haven't rode firehawk or flight of fear yet ) you will love them you have to get used to it

I'm also scared to death of roller coasters and I'm going to Six Flags next week. Something I did last time I went is I started on the smallest coaster and loved it (granted it was the ONLY roller coaster I road the whole day).

My friends gave me some advice though. Go on Youtube and look up some of the rides there. There should be some "first person" videos of someone riding the ride. When I watched some videos my confidence boosted a lot.

I hate roller coasters too, so I feel your pain! :( It's hard getting through to someone who doesn't like them at all, but think of it like this: what are the chances of a person dying from a roller coaster accident? Smallest chance possible. Plus even if you are small or have concerns regarding slipping out of one, you can always ask someone before hand. It might seem silly asking, but when it comes to your peace of mind and safety, what does it matter?

I start out with the smaller roller coasters, and they don't even have to be a roller coaster necessarily! Like the scrambler or the avalanche are fun if you know what I'm talking about. Anyways, just take a deep breath and try to have fun. Think about how you and your boyfriend will just be able to enjoy each other's company!

Millenium is tall in spite of the shown fact that that's a great type of exciting. the terrific thank you to recover from an apprehension of coaster is to easily do it. when I street new coasters with my boyfriend I constantly wraped my arms around his and closed my eyes. when I have been given the feel of it i replace into positive and had a great type of exciting.
