We are planning a trip to Disney World this upcoming fall. I am trying to get all of our information together and get reservations made for all of the many aspects once we have a definate date (depends on vacation at work etc.). We definately want to do the Cinderella and Pooh breakfasts as we have a 3 year old who would love them!! I wondered though, what other restaurants or special events should we be sure not to pass up? We will be staying 3 days and leaving on the 4th morning. Our plan is to devote one day to Magic Kingdom, one day to Animal Kingdom and park hop on the last day by splitting the last two parks up (although we are doing the park hop for each day just in case we have more time than I figured on.) Also can someone explain the dining plan to me~ when we purchase the dining plan does it allow us to choose any place or are we limited to only certain ones? Any help will be appreciated!!
Thanks!!

Hi. I agree with your thinking 1 whole day for Magic. However, you can easily split MGM and Animal into 1 day...Animal in the morning and MGM at night (stay for the amazing water/light show called Fantasmic at night). Use the other day for a morning character breakfast such as at the Grand Floridian and see Pooh, TIgger, and the Alice in Wonderland gang, then you could even go for a few hours at either of the waterparks, which are fabulous and have amazingly cute sections for the kiddies. Afterwards, head to your hotel to change and then go over to Epcot. They have a great fireworks display. That's my suggestion. As for the meal plan it does saves tons, you can order anything, and about all restaurants take it...however, on the disneyworld website, they have an info sheet that names ALL restaurants and tells you if they accept it, if they offer characters, how many meals (a few expensive places require two table service). Do make reservations asap, once you figure out which park you'll be at each day. They do book very fast. Dont miss out on the parades. You can call DIsney for exact times of the parades on the dates you be at the parks. Dont miss MIckey's Philharmagic at Magic Kingdom, it's across from the big carousel in Fantasy Land. It's an AMAZING 3D show. Have a blast! hope i helped!! oh, read reviews of any restaurant at allearsnet.com the more informed you are the better you're time there will be. :)

One of the most important things about getting to eat in those restaurants is making the reservations 180 days in advance of your trip. This is very important, especially at popular places like Cinderella's Royal Table and Le Cellier in Canada. Make the reservations and worry about what parks you'll do which days afterwards. Trust me.

We really enjoy the Garden Grill at Epcot- it's another character meal, but the food is quite good and the character interaction is incredible. We also really enjoy the 50's prime time at MGM, but your daughter might be a bit young to really appreciate it.

Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary is fun. This is a nice one in particular because it's on the monorail and you could go to the restaurant in between trips to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot. She's just the right age for that.

Another one we really enjoy and it lots of fun is the Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge. Be sure to ask for ketchup!

I litteraly merely have been given homestead on the instant from an internship at Disney. I labored at a place on the boardwalk hotel referred to as the flying fish cafe. I have been given to objective each little thing on the menu throughout the time of my education. each little thing is made clean with the help of chef Tim keading. whether you're no longer a seafood fan they have an staggering steak and beef. that's pricy yet is definitely the suitable foodstuff on assets. that's signature eating for the hotel so it is going to likely be 2 factors on your eating Plan. that's open in easy terms for dinner 530 to10 I advise going ideas-blowing at 530 or after 8 it between those there's a hurry or customer and that's no longer as quiet as maximum could like. that's a could desire to nonetheless and you would be happy you went. additionally around the corner to it is Kat korras kouzzina she gained iron chef united states of america. they have unquestionably extra special breakfast and that's totally fairly priced . The hotel connects to Hollywood studios and Epcot and there are a ton of issues to do from a dueling piano bar to a dance corridor and you're able to be able to work out fireworks from Epcot and magic kingdom.

First of all, you CAN NOT go wrong with the dining plan. I don't think every restaurant accepts it, but there are SOOO many that do you'll have no problem finding places to eat. The dining plan saved us hundreds of dollars. Also, make sure you make reservations for the character dining.

You didn't mention going to Epcot, but your three year old would probably love the Turtle talk with Crush (from Nemo). At Animal Kingdom, check out It's Tough to be a Bug. I also recommend checking out Downtown Disney while you're there (they have the big LEGO store).
