Is the roller coaster Medusa intense?

I plan to go to six flags discovery kingdom in vallejo, ca this weekend. i really want to go on the medusa, but im really scared but i want to conquer my fear of heights.i was wondering how intense it is. What was it like when you rode it for the first time?

No. It's the first upside-down roller coaster i went on, and it's not bad. You can't even tell you're upside-down because of the centerfugal force.

Wanna know something? My first roller coaster (with loops and all the jazz) was Medusa! Oh my god, you would not believe how scared I was! I almost cried when I got on it, but once I was locked in (and couldn't get out) adrenaline got the best of me and I got excited!



Going up the hill is worse, and then there's the teaser drop then the big drop, that's actualy really fun. And then the first loop is my favorite.



The inversions were great too. I loved it so much, i went on it 8 times in a row!



Yeah, it's intense, but fun!



(I'm still super scared of roller coasters though LOL)

Havent been on it but i have been on its mirror image, Scream! at Six Flags Magic Mountain in valencia, ca. It ws amazing! it wasnt intense at all. The only intense thing about it was when my seatbelt wouldnt lock. :)
